Fourth of July

It's July 6th in Japan.

So, it's sort of weird to write about Fourth of July, which is Independece Day of the U.S.. When I was in the U.S., Independence Day meant me "Fireworks." I could hear the sound of fireworks here and there in LA on Fourth of July. I wished that I could sing "The Star-Spangled Banner," which is the anthem of the U.S.. It's quite a shame that I could not memorize the whole song while living in the U.S....

Now, I live in Japan, so I do not hear "The Star-Spangled Banner" and fireworks any more on Fourth of July.

By the way, North Korea made a bad move.
I do not want to make a political statement here, but what they are doing is politically and ethically incorrect, I think.

I hope that we could accomplish the world peace by the end of this century.
